Ali Moore commenced her professional career into the real estate industry in 2004 as a property manager/administrator for a western suburbs coastal agency. Then craving a more challenging position Ali moved to a much larger inner city agency managing 100+ properties on her own. When Ali met Peter J Turner, he was then an integral part of the Dee Seed team, Dee was famously known as ‘The Queen of Crawley’. It was quickly recognised that the Ali & Peter would make an excellent and dynamic team covering sales in Crawley and the local area. Ali & Peter worked together in Crawley living in Wingfield Avenue and then bought their first apartment in Kings Park Avenue. This was a fun and challenging time renovating an apartment which was really wow when completed! The past 10 years with a prominent Claremont agency has been thoroughly enjoyable working with a professional team, but Ali & Peter have always had a desire & clients have always asked, ‘why you don’t establish your own agency?’ So now we have! Together over the past few years Ali and Peter have completed their studies & achieved their goals. A country girl at heart, growing up & actively involved in the family building & plumbing business in Wongan Hills, Ali used her acquired knowledge of building and design skills to draw and create a stunning two storey beach front home in Two Rocks. Ali’s love of colour, design and attention to detail created something special for friends, family & clients to enjoy. Arriving in Australia from UK in 1966, Peter has consistently worked in sales & marketing for 50+ years, initially as an employee, then establishing & operating a number of specific WA communication companies. Peter worked for the Phillips Group during the development stages of the mining industry in the northwest & then in the south west specialising in all aspects of telecommunications including sales, marketing & management being his forte. From 1985, for almost 20 years, Peter was directly involved in the fastest growing industry ever, the mobile business & Peter established three successful retail outlets. In 2002 Peter then very successfully used his expertise, skills & qualifications to work closely & be mentored by the legendary Dee Seed, a prominent & highly successful Nedlands & Crawley real estate agent. For the past 15 years Peter has continued to specialise in Crawley with a prominent but boutique Claremont agency. A desire for a lifestyle & sea change took Peter and Ali to the most norther coastal suburbs of Perth, where again they have made a point of difference to the real estate market and achieved some record results in the area. Peter & Ali have built their forever home to share with family and friends on the ocean front in the Yachting Village and are passionate about the community, supporting local business and the environment.
